The Grand Lobby -  Collections and deliveries available from 12pm to 7.30pm daily. Orders for Afternoon Tea have to be made 2 days in advance. Afternoon Tea orders may only be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled collection/delivery date.

Butcher’s Block - Collections and deliveries available from Tuesday to Saturday, 6.30pm to 7.30pm.

Tiffin Room - Collections and deliveries available from 12pm to 1.30pm and 6pm to 7.30pm daily.

Raffles Patisserie -  Collections and deliveries available from 12pm to 7.30pm daily. Orders for Whole Cakes have to be made 2 days in advance. Cake orders may only be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled collection/delivery date. Cancellations are not permitted for customised cakes.

Delivery & Pick-up

All self pick-up orders must be placed at least 45 minutes in advance. Where there are items of which are unavailable during specific pick-up or delivery times, it will be indicated in the cart upon check-out.
