The bright, citrusy notes of fresh lemongrass lend a delicate aroma to the traditional alkaline rice dumpling encased in bamboo leaves.

In keeping with 藝 yì by Jereme Leung’s tradition, these Kee Chang rice dumplings are complemented with a jar of exquisite Raffles Kaya, promising a perfect contrast to this otherwise savoury treat.
