Making its return, 藝 yì by Jereme Leung’s signature rice dumpling is a luxurious celebration of abundance and prosperity. Inspired by Chaoshan’s mountain-sea heritage, it features shiitake mushroom, roasted pork, salted egg yolk, chestnut, mung bean, abalone, dried scallops and dried shrimp, all slowly steamed in fragrant bamboo leaves for rich, savoury depth.
